Hi guys

I need to install DC cable (stranded cable, Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH type)) as it is part of requirement in my project. My question is LSZH DC cable same as fire-rated welding cable cause when i mention LSZH cable to one of cable supplier, they dont even know what kind of cable i'm talking about. So i thought to ask for fire-rated welding cable as they are familiar with that term if both cable I mentioned earlier are referring to the same cable. Can anyone pls advise?

TQ

LSZH can be twin & earth if the sheath meets those requirements, it's no indication of the cable's 'fire rated properties'.
