Luckins Pricing Guide

Does any body have access to a 2006 Luckins Pricing guide. I need one for a court case that we have brought due to non payment of a client.

I would be willing to rent it or pay a reasonable sum for it.

Again i thank you for you reply.

I realise that everyone needs to make a living, but would you be good enough to confirm that the JIB wage rates listed in your publication are not the same rates that the employer of the said electrician should charge. Moreover, the electrical contracting company i.e. the employer would obviously charge more than the wage rate that the JIB specify.

Would you be able to give an idea of the percentage difference between the electricians wage and the companies hourly charge.

We don't publish any wage rates, just a guide to how many minutes (percentage of an hour) an item is likely to take to install. A Contractor would apply this to his chosen hourly rate to work out the labour cost and charge.
