Hey guys,

so iv been helping out on a couple of jobs on the weekend where there putting in lutron. now i have no idea how it works or anything just been running the blue and red lutron cables where im asked...now my question is:

Is lutron similar to the conventional way of lighting wiring e.g. radial? ring?

where do the lutron cables actually go back to?

iv seen some of the panels just full of 10 amp rcbos with many wires going everywhere.

i would really appreciate if someone could shed some light on this so i can at least have some background knowledge..i did ask the electrician he said it enables us to dim very low voltage lights or something like that?

thanks in advance

lutron systems are a means of turning on/off, dimming etc. by remote control, inc. via internet from mobile phone.

forgive my ignorance, why not just use normal mains dimmers and switches lol

EDit: so are they just run like normal lightening circuits radial daisy chained? supplies for each switches? one supple per channel (whatever that is)?
