1, front brake discs and pads... pads, fair enough. discs less than 1mm lip due to normal wear, discs otherwise smooth and OK. quote £220 for parts ( i can get for £99) and £216 labour (it's a 2 hour job). and as an insult, £65 for brake fluid. Why?, I ask, you should not lose fluid when changing discs and pads. reply was, Well Ford recommend changing the brake fluid every 2 years. FFS, WHY??? and why do women think that it's better to use a main agent?
on top of all that, she pays an annual fee for servicing. this incudes collect and deliver, washing and valeting. dealer can't do collect/deliver because of covid but wifeystill pays for it.collected car, not washed, not valeted alyhough she had to pay for then to sanitse the car before service then before MOT, then before and after valeting.
