I was told today by a spark a lot more experienced than me that I need to bond the following, I'm inclined to agree but could do with some opinions.

Water comes in on 15mm copper where there is a 300mm length before it is then converted to PVC speedfit, this whole section is hidden in a cupboard, it does go back to copper eventually.

Is it worth bonding that small section?

If there's no main equipotential bonding present, but there are extraneous-conductive-parts, then even if all the circuits in a bathroom are RCD protected, supplementary bonding is still required.
If there's no equipotential-conductive-parts, then supplementary bonding in the bathroom would be pointless.

If it's incoming copper it will be introducing an earth potential and therefore must be MAIN bonded on the first accessible copper section

I would earth it, as it is copper coming in.

It's already earthed mate...thats why it needs bonding.
