Has anyone used Makita 40v tools? I’ve currently got Milwaukee but I’m having some warranty issues and a few battery issues. I’m thinking of giving Makita a try as I’ve never used them and they seems to get okay reviews.

XGT looks to be a very good range of tools, but I've no personal experience as I don't wish to use another battery platform and they're still comparatively expensive.
LXT 18V tools are widely available at good prices and have served me well, although it should be pointed out that lower spec options are best avoided.
What issues are you having with Milwaukee? Everyone I know who uses their tools are quite happy with them - except for impact driver chucks.

All the main brands are one and the same. Pick your poison.
Not really, Hilti are no better than any other brand they're just stupidly expensive. They are unless you include Hilti.
