Mastervolt Earth Fault

We've been called out to a system with a mastervolt 3200 which was installed 2012. There are 2 separate systems at the property as there are 2 meters. One system is clocking up nicely but the other system is showing a earth fault on the inverter.

We have investigated and tested all of the panels and have connected them to the 2nd inverter which is working well so we think it is a dodgy inverter, not an earth fault.

Has anyone come across this inverter issue before?

Trying to get help with Mastervolt but it is going slow

you should also check for faulty varistors with earth faults, as it will show up as an earth fault if there is a faulty varistor. That should hopefully be a simple part to swap out, but I don't know the mastervolt inverters.

Talking to someone who does service and maintenance in Germany. Has changed over 6000 failed inverters so far. Whilst there is a spread of makes by far the largest number were Mastervolt.
