max demand

hi all, I'm trying to work out max demand on an office ok with lights, sockets, water heater etc am I right thinking no diversityt for 3 air cons that heats as well as cools, left my regs and osg at work. thanks. stevo

Steve its probably better to grab your OSG but here's a rough guide:

Lighting - 90% of total current demand
Sockets - 100% FL of largest appliance + 75% of FL of remaining
Water H - 100% FL of largest (instantaneous)
Water H - None (thermostatically controlled)

No diversity allowed for storage space heating.
