If an mcb trips along with rcd which do I reset first ?The mcb then the rcd or rcd then then the mcb or does is not matter.Thankyou for any advice

If you start with the RCD then the MCB and it trips the RCD and MCB on you again, try the RCD again WITHOUT the MCB being on just to isolate if the MCB is the problem. Maybe you could just do a simple check on all circuits by turning off every circuit and putting ur RCD on and go through each individual circuit breaker to see that the MCB that is tripping is definetly giving the problem. Check the connections on the MCB. If none of them work take the MCB out of the board and see if the MCB goes up on its own to see if the MCB is faulty. Or possibly a live to earth fault.
