Does anyone know if this meets current requirements

Hi

If you mean current requirements as outlined in 17th Edition Guidance Note 3 for testing an earth electrode then the DET4TC2 would be fine. A three terminal tester is portrayed but the DET4TC2 can be switched to 3 terminal
