Megger MFT1553 unusual readings while testing rcbo's

The tester was set at 30ma when the tests were carried out and on both 1 and 5 times non of the rcbo's tripped, the tester was giving the same results when the old batteries were installed (10.5volts) and when the new ones (12.4volts) also didn't trip when testing at the CU and at a socket using the plug top lead, think it might need to take a trip to megger
