Megger MIT230 schematic anyone?

I've just pulled apart a Megger MIT230 IR tester that had taken up drinking. I'm not sure what had been tipped on it but the board is now nice and clean. I've just tried it out and Res range works fine. All IR ranges give a reading of 15 - 16M with the probes open and zero shorted. I've had a good look at the board and there's a fried MOSFET on the board. I can read FQT13N but the rest is unreadable. I know it's a long shot but have any of you got a schematic for it?

Am I a dick head?? What have I got in the back of my van? A Megger MIT230. Does it come apart easily so that I can check the MOSFET number? Yes. Have I now got the MOSFET number? Yes. Have I ordered 5 of them from RS (they come in packs of 5) ? Yes.
Am I a dick head ? I'll let you lot decide!
Still don't know if that's the only fault but hopefully I'll find out tomorrow.
