Discuss Megger on-site software in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

Hi GStueyXR

It would appear you have 64 bit Windows 7 on your machine. Onsite software will require an upgrade which should solve the problem.

Provided you are still in the support period then if you telephone Megger Technical Services on 01623 762426 they should be able to assist you.

Incidently, only Windows 7 Professional and Ultimate have the XP productivity mode.

Kind Regards

Megger TSG
