I think 2025 should see some house building going on which will free up some of the domestic market as some move over to new builds etc. But there should be plenty of training grants too if you have family members wishing to get into the trade now would be a good time.

I crashed my car yesterday and in hospital still. Fractured 4 vertebrae, but not as bad as the one I did 12 years ago falling off a 30ft roof in Greece!
Also done rib no 6 and 12.
Punctured my only lung, my left one. Right was removed in 2023 after bullae emphysema were removed in 2022 after 4 goes of covid made them go weird.
So I'm alive and they don't want operate on anything so can't be that serious. Probably being let out tomorrow. Spent weeks in here in 2022 and 2023 and all the staff can remember me lol seem to be a memorable person.
