metric thread to imperial

We should have stood our ground when the flex colours changed.
The UK delegates on the European harmonisation committee were effectively forced to trade off conductor colours in order to preserve the UK RFC and BS1363 plug and socket.
 
Agree with Tony and Tel above, sounds much less stress. I have only come against it once and got round it by installing 4 inch adaptable box on the end of imperial then going off in metric.

all i have is a inch tube threaded into a tee

if i had a coupler and bushen it would be simpler

Now THAT WAS patriotic!
red white and green for the welsh, mate. seen some old red white and blue on 230v 3 phase.
