I was trying to cheer you up with humour ;o))))) and to take your mind off the issue.
:D the bonus is the pain is quite dull, it looks worse than it feels, all i felt getting the local was it scratching on the bone, ive got about 8 feet of bandages on it, no wonder they cant afford to pay nurses

I got prescribed some Diamorphine when I did my thumb, which was really great man.

Embarrassed myself though, when I went to the hand clinic a week later. Junior surgeon was so chuffed with his handy work, he went off to get his boss. I thought I'd have a butchers, & fainted sat in the chair. Nurse came along, and said 'you looked at it, didn't you, you stupid boy'. :oops:

I had a local when I had my vasectomy and the surgeon asked if I would like to take a "look" I declined.

They are strange lot those surgeons, when I had the snip the guy was banging on about his new Porsche all the way through the process, and at the end he insisted I tugged at my removed tubes to see how inelastic they were. Yulk

dont think there was any surgeons in last night, their dog is a vicious piece of work, just latched onto my dogs chest/neck area, i was ready to kill this dog this time if it didnt let go in a timely manner, if its him or my boy(my dug) the choice is already made for me.

the hardest part at the moment is trying to keep myself calm, would this fall under duty of care of landlord if they have been reported numerous times and no action taken?

But it on the Landlordzone forum and see what they say. If you google Landlordzone you will get the forum. Poor you and your dog and god knows what that poor dog who attacked is going through, it doesnt sound good. He may be being ill treated. Thank goodness you didnt lose your hand. Some people should not have dogs.

and a lot of dogs should not have people. usually in cases like this, it's not the dog's fault. it's owners that can't undestand dogs' behaviour.

very true, my problem isnt with the dog itself, just the idiots in "control" of it, ive requested numerous times to the dog warden that i do not want the dog destroyed, but rehomed/rehab to someone who has trained pitbulls before, i know it can be re-trained, im half tempted to just take their dog off them and give it to a mate

You may lose more fingers in the process is it worth the risk or don't you like your "mate" ?

:eek::p:D
im quite selfless when it comes to rescuing dogs lol, done it several times before and made some good little hairy four legged friends out of it, i think they are greatful and remember what i did for them.

cant stand seeing an animal suffering and not do anything about it, i dont want the dog upstairs to be treated as a weapon by their owners, it shows they have little care for him, i wouldnt dream of putting a dog in that kind of danger, i did get the pitbull to submit with my finger in his mouth, so there is hope for the little bugger lol
