How long a company or a self-employed person be trading before applying to become a “Domestic Installer”? Thanks

Some of the schemes used to ask for anything between a year and two years before they would asses you, however this doesn't apply now. Its a case of being assessed when you are ready and if you pass then you begin trading. of course there is nothing to stop you trading without being with a scheme but being with one means you don't have to pay LABC for notifiable work.
