QS is the one to see. Does he know the situation?
Is someone putting pressure on you to sign for another person's work?
 
The qs has left. Left me with his jobs he hasnt signed off :// lost on what to do and got the boss on my case

That's not on and not your problem.
If your boss is desperate to get these jobs completed in the wake of the QS jumping ship then you could suggest that you provide him with the test results and leave the certs for him to sign, making it clear you will not be putting your name to work you have not carried out.
 
Typical of many Electrical contracting firms these days, I'm sorry to say, take advantage of the young and inexperienced, it's time the scams stamped on these cowboy firms, oh sorry they don't want to ruffle any feathers do they? they would lose money if they did anything about it, the scams that is.
 
Mike I would do the as the old electrician and QS and Jump ship now, You don't want to be working for a company like that, Not good for you in so many ways. Good luck to you.
