Minor Works ??

Hi, I have recently finished a job and am not sure if it requires a minor works certificate. The customer's boiler was removed by his plumber and I changed the programmer and wired for fully pumped system from existing switched fuse. Does this require a minor works certificate? Thanks

No harm in issuing one, so yes I would.

It can be a pain but try and issue a certificate whatever you do that way at least if something goes wrong later you are covered for the work you have done. If you havent issued a certificate and something does go wrong people tend to think what else is he hiding.
