gamble
Hi,
I am now in my late 20s, and after a few years doing some electicial installation work but never any qualifications I now want to qualify as quick as possible to carry out commercial work.
I contacted NICEIC and asked what qualifications I need before I can try register and was told I need to do the C&G 2382-10 and can either do the 2392-10 or 2391-10.
So I am planning to take the 2382-10 exam shortly and hope to follow with the 2392 and then eventually the 2391 (gulp).
However, they never mention I need the 2330. As I want to do commercial work, I am not going to the DISQ qualification even though I might one day, however I wanted to know opinions on whether I will suffer in never having done the 2330?
As a mature candidate, i find it realistically impossible to study for this exam even if i wanted too given the time needed, the experience from work needed etc. Can anyone see problems in missing out from this stage?
