Steel lockable enclosure with good ventilation. 2 x 9" vents to both sides. Looks the dog's dangles as far as I'm concerned.

@Markc,

That looks excellent, well done. I think I'll follow your example on that one!

Mark, that installation looks fantastic.
I'll bet a few man-days of labour went into that lot with all the civils works.

Yes a few days spent in summer sun. Ground works was done by the client. Not much needed there and was done in a day with a digger and trailer full of gravel.

Just bit the bullet and followed Markc's example - will post photos of finshed solution, went with what our wholesaler could get at short notice, so it's a bit tight, it's IP65 rated (until we put the vents in :) ) however got the apprentice working overtime on making a plinth.

Will post photo's later in the week.

Many thanks Mark, a great example.

Ok I'll post this here as well due to all the PM's Excuse the pun but my box is full!

The enclosure cost around ÂŁ500 including a additional lockable handle and back plate.

Size is 1000mm W x 400mm D x 1200mm H (Sorry Worcester I think I said 600mm D to you but it is 400mm. Sorry)

It sits on two 600 x 600 x 50 paving slabs that are well cemented down.

We got this from one of our local wholesalers and I know most wholesalers do some form of these. We did not opt for the GRP (plastic) enclosure due to the additional cost and the fact it had the same life length as a steel one. Strange but true. UV Light.

Hope this helps.

I'm off to empty my box now!
