hi,
Do any of you know of or can move and change a supply to a new pme and move from under the stairs to closer to the front door.

Heyup Luke,
What is the current earthing system?, because you do know that you cannot just transform a TT or TNS system to TNC-S just by connecting the Earth to Neutral.
Dan ..

the only people authourised to move your meter and change your incoming supply to pme is the local supply authority yourself or others can move the fuseboard to a better position but the leccy company have to move the rest
