Hi,
Im wiring an extension that is being made into an open plan room, the wall that the db was on has been knocked down and the customer wants it moving into a kitchen wall unit a few feet away, the joints will have to be made in the ceiling (concrete floor, bath above) so i was thinking a huge plastic adaptable box with stuffing glands, and connector block inside, would this be ok as the box wouldnt be accessible once the ceiling has been re boarded? Or is there anything better suited out there?

Cheers

if there is a room above with floorboards, i would fit a din rail ad. box with terminals and cut an inspection trap in the floor.
