Mcb in the house as its a distribution circuit rated at the cables current capacity of the cable,
Supplying your db1 in which you have your rcd.
Not good to have two rcd's in series trying to see who has the fastest time lol
 
a fluc apacitor should dit it as long as it's charged to 500V and clipped to his goolies.
