so before i purchase some of these enclosures the only thing i will be using these for is downlights so id say 3port lever clamps is good enough.

on the line website it offers wago lever clamp and line lever clamp, whats the dfference???

PRICE and a bit of text on the connector.

Depending on your switch circuit, you may need the odd 5 lever for switch, loop in & out, lamp1, lamp 2 = 4 neutral and 4/5 cpc so 2x3 and 2 x5.

You could also use the lighting connector if using solid core between fittings etc though the levers are a better connector. LINE LIGHTING CONNECTOR 2 + 1 Pole [L324L] - £0.10 : for electricians by electricians

I've been using wago clips for a while now and find them to be a huge time saver so simple yet affective although I totally agree the line junction boxes are far easier to use than wagos own rectangular boxes.

I received my order from line products yesterday delivered in good time well packaged the connectors themselves seem as good if not better than the other more expensive brand.
Many thanks line products.

As I just said on another thread, I'd be very happy to use Wagos and boxes or Line enclosures on every job, but it's just too hard to get hold of them.

I'm a kind of "size up the job and go to the local wholesalers" kind of guy, but as people have commented, no-one locally sells this kit...

order from line products direct. i placed an order with them on a monday, paid by card, and delivery arrived wednesday.

Why don't you buy a LINE connector kit and a box of Enclosures? If after 3 months you are not convinced that they are the best bit of consumable kit in your van I will take them back and refund.

Bought some of the LINE connectors and enclosures to install some down lights for a customer. Found the first couple a bit fiddly but once I was onto the third light I could see the advantages and for me now I imagine I will be using these for 95% of any down lights I install or for any other joints I need to make. Love the product and I will be ordering more in the near future.

Nick I am sorry about the delay. We had some problems that caused delay but I agree that this is not acceptable - hopefully I can make it up to you!

Thanks for your support and patience.

not a problem i wasnt having a go these things happen , im very happy with the products but what would be a good addition to the range would be a central heating connection box made up with fixed lever wagos say for instance 2 8 way levers for the earths and neutrals 6 4 way levers and 4 2 way levers just to make it flexible with all the levers fixed into an adaptable box with 16mm stuffing glands for the cable entries be great

After going through this thread these seem to be the mutts-dangley bits...

Just sent an order through for the kit and will see how it goes, cant see there being any problems though from the feedback i've read here.
