Not that far away Trev, main roads every year are a no-go for locals. It is far enough away so we cant hear it, the festival is out in the sticks about 5 miles away from me.

Hope your lad had a good time mate. If he is driving back the A1 will be busy.

He's 17 mate so he hasn't started driving yet, they're getting a bus to York then a train from there.
He rang on Saturday night after Paramore, rat arsed so there wasn't too much sense coming out of him. No doubt we'll get a full rundown after he's cleaned himself up.
Looking forward to it, it's years since I did the festival thing.

And so you should! I got asked at ultra short notice if I could bale one of the Leeds/Reading headliners out of trouble but couldn't do it. I probably do 3 or 4 a year still, just for fun as a punter. I did a run of three in a row last year and it was a scream - Friday was Lowlands in Holland, then the two V's on Sat/Sun (with Ben Howard but we also had Ed Sheeran, Labyrinth, Rizzle Kicks and Newton Faulkner on the same rosta with us.....it got messy!!)

I know trev!!! what happened to good old proper band names? ~ The Bonzo dog doodah band, Alice Cooper, Alien ant farm, Toad the wet sprocket, the Slits....... tut.... kids nowadays............ :smilewinkgrin:

£6.00 extra if you wanted a burger with them.
Paul, next year we're hiring a catering van and getting a concession there.
