Heres one then.

A small workshop has had a fire. The client needs the office area lighting circuits (x3) rewiring and he needs the rest of the installation which has not been damaged testing so he can get insurance.

State the documents to be issued on completion of the works.
 
EIC for the new circuits, PIR for the existing and new circuits, each with a schedule of inspections and a schedule of test results.
I'd list:
EIC
PIR
Schedule of inspections X 2
Schedule of tests X 2.
