I'd list:
EIC
PIR
Schedule of inspections X 2
Scedule of tests X 2.

EIC for new, PIR for exisiting, there is no requirement to PIR a new circuit . And the rest as you say. That was my answer as well, and its correct. Have you already done the 2391?
