Electrical Installation Certificate, Schedule of Inspections & Schedule of Test Results.
The Designer dictates the very first periodic inspection.
The person ordering the work.

all this data is in there.... have a closer look...

Need help on this question:

Is it me or do these questions get more vague ok

1) Drill and rawlplug brick to secure containment system

2) Bonding of the steel frame of the building to the MET

3) Use of girder clips for securing containment system

Not sure if these are any where near right but hopfully will at least help
