What are you changing.....and why?
If it's a new fitting, as seems by the base, let's have a look at the guts......where the connection is made.
If in doubt, contact someone qualified.
No need to threaten to rip his guts out Ian just because he can't supply a picture!

Light won’t turn on, swapped everything up to that terminal block with the same light type in another room and they all work, the block is the next part I haven’t swapped over, I have swapped switch over aswell that works as normal so it’s either the block or a wire failure

Can't really see that it is the fitting/connector that has failed...looks robust and simple enough, and an easy workaround if not.

Something wrong in the wiring, methinks.

You have got to do some testing here.
Find out if you get 230v to the point of connection if so you have to test continuity on all cables in that fitting.

I tend to agree with dmxtothemax, there doesn't appear to be any sign of burning on the connection so either you don't have 230V at the supply or the electronic ballast has failed, assuming it has one. Put a test lamp across live and neutral and check you have both present. Plug the thing in and check you have both live and neutral on the plug side.

BTW if you are live on the socket side but not on the plug side just joint the cable together, perhaps with click wagos, assuming there is no protective/control device in the plug. If there is a protective/control device in the plug either replace it or buy a new light.
