Hi I am having trouble getting a boiler to fire up on the central heating.
I'm using a danfoss rmt 230 room stat ( connections 1, 2, 3, and 4
A Danfoss Ts715 Si programer L and N supply to electronics 1 Com , 2 N/C, 3 spare and 4 N/O
a worchester Greenstar 24, Boiler L and N supply to Boiler, Ls, Lr, Ns,

I have wired the stat to numbers 1 and 3
The boiler has its own live and neutral which is feed via as 3 amp fused spur, this also feeds the progamer L and N.
I have take the ls from the boiler to the common on the programer and then connected the
N/O (Terminal 4 on the programer) to terminal 1 on the room stat then connected terminal 3 on the room stat back to lr on the boiler.
Is this correct and do I need a neutral connected at the stat.

roomstat works better with neutral connected,if terminal 4 on programmer is on,and you have no voltage present at roomstat, then faulty programmer/wiring to it,if present and roomstat calling for heat then 230v at lr in boiler it should work, stat on boiler turned to heating and hw?

Hi, it's terminal 2 on the room stat that goes to the Lr in the boiler. 1-common, 2-on, 3-off and 4 is for the neutral I think.

Hi. yea your right bob22. but you don't need a neutral unless its an electronic stat. anyway i'd stay away from anything danfoss in my experience i've always found them crap
