£250 for a 2nd hand di-log ?
sheesh not a savvy shopper are you lol
i got this on ebay for £160.......

Megger LCB2000.jpg

cost £500 new , awesome piece of kit.
dilog is a brand you need to avoid , stick to megger and fluke.

I don't mind di log tbh...

I'm actually looking at the seaward stuff as well. Know people who work at the peterlee factory. So might try for a 5 finger discount..

Yeah I know where it is,my apprentice worked there for a bit and my parents neighbour Still works there. I had suspicions as lots of the ethos gear looks the same as seaward... Mind you the di log is the same as well...

Don't like fluke.. Too many diddly bits to mess about with.

They must have an affiliation with CEF , they redirected me to them when I wanted thermal labels, They in turn redirected me to RS, funny world int it.

Their parent company is American , I believe they own di-log too , but not sure on that

Just had to send my ethos in for repair/ thumping as failed calibration test on earth loop values, all other functions o.k. only had it 3 years. Guy that did testing did warn me off from buying the new megger as they seem to have been alot of problems with them. Will just have to wait for cef to tell me what and how much it will cost for repair.

i bought a megger 1553 of a member of the form for 300 last year delivered.... no problems as such.. and more than enough for what i do...

Mind dont play with the bluetooth function as you will just mess up your phone lol and if you need an instruction manual drop me a line mind get rid of the carry case and buy a fluke one

try pat-services at stockton for a new tester, metrel were offering 3 years warranty on condition it was calibrated everey year.
