Need notifying?

Good evening everyone. Have just picked up a job for community/ training centre. The job has been started and pretty much finished on the centre just needs some more second fixing. There is also the possibility of wiring up the main hall etc. anyway they said they will run outside activities and for 60 days a year have people camping onsite, sometimes possibly indoors. Is this work notify able? Obviously the place isn't domestic neither to be used as a dwelling.
