Sorry Tommy you are really not going to find anybody accredited to do that for you, by signing it off they take responsibility for it in all aspects. plus I am sure it is against regulations.

from the sounds of the OP they're in the process of getting accredited themselves, but won't be accredited in time for this EPC deadline.
