Yes mate for the fuses.

There are no longer values for the BS 1361 these have been replaced with the BS 88-3 system C in table 41.2 and 41.4

Also in Table 41.4 the old BS 88-6 is now gG and gM BS 88-2 fuse systems E

All these Zs values have change.

So does anybody have a copy ogf these tables/changes

Yes there in the new 17th edition

I take it your on a cut with these clowns ie lets bring a new what colour will we pick this time edition and lets charge ÂŁ50 to the poor sod who is goint to have to pay another ÂŁ40 for a new GN3 bcause we cannot just print an amendum to the original look at all that cash we would loose plus in these tough economical times we need something to protect our jobs. OK then lets start working on the next set of changes and this time its my turn to pick the colour of the book so I am thinking of deep blue to match my eyes what do you think

Got feeling the next will be yellow, but the IET are beasts for tradition ........................well the new OSG should be out soon mate which will be a cheaper option

You'll have to go for eventually OT as the not only have the Zs values changed but all the tripping values have as well in appendix 3 for these fuses.

Normally when amendments come out you can download them to put in the current version but there has been that many amendments this time they had to reprint as a seperate version.

Anyone know of any suppliers who are doing a good deal on the new 17th edition pluse the new OSG? The best I have found so far is on Amazon, ÂŁ80 including postage for both. That is cheaper than ELECSA who I am registered with. Although they do throw in a 'free' screwdriver :hurray:.

screwdriver??? more like screw sparks. well, at least i'll be out of the game when the 18th comes out.
