New build house with nothing to bond - just doesn't feel right!!

No Gas, No oil, water all in plastic, timber frame...... home by midday...... Still doesn't feel normal, though!

Having worked on a site that kept high explosives on site we were a bit twitchy about security, especially during the height of the Irish troubles. So “the management” had all the substation windows removed and bricked up. A few years later a 11KV board blew up after field mice had got in the bus-bar chamber, so to stop that the air bricks were sealed up. I was on nights when we got a phone call from one of the local farmers, “you’d better come and have a look at your substation”. Got there and both doors were hanging off there hinges. The CO2 had gone off for some reason in to a now sealed room, the doors were the weak point.
