New BYB What Zs do i use?

Hi just got my new bs7671 and when checking the max Zs for BS88-2 in table 41.4 and there is 3 lines of figures?
Can someone please tell me why this is

The first of the 3 lines you refer to is the max Zs for the fuse ratings in the row above.

The second of the 3 lines is another line of fuse ratings (40, 50, 63, ..., 200)

The third of the 3 lines is the max Zs for the fuse ratings of the second line.
