New fuse box for house renovation Australia

Hi Guys,
This is my first question in this forum.
I.have renovated a 60s built house in Australia, I have an electrician mate helping me add a new single phase fuse box in the meter cabinet, I have purchased a 64ampain 2 pole switch, 2 x 20amp RCBOs for 2 power circuits and 1 x 16amp breaker for the light circuit, what thickness wires can someone recommend for daisy chaining the RCBPs/Breakers, 4 or 6mm.

Thanks in advance

Is it the case that DIY electrical work is not permitted in Australia?

If so then I can only feel comfortable offering up that the Electrician doing this work will know how to make this connection.

Hey Tom,

Thank you for your answer, I am not performing the work, just wanting to check if the thickness of wire meets standards, I have searched the 3000:2018 standards and cannot find it, my friend has been a licensed electrician for 22 years, but I'd still like to make sure.
