Hi,

just moved in, and I find this, and haven’t seen anything like it before.
Is this 3 phase?
any concerns at all?
There is a heated pool outside. Could be needed for the pool heater.

1st post, and I thought I’d seek some guidance on here. Many thanks for replies.

Presumably the meter cabinet is within a few metres distance of the consumer unit? At first I had visualised the 3-phase switchfuse and its 4-pole RCD as the incomer but evidently it's an outgoing submain therefore there are no cascaded RCDs. It looks like the teleswitch output is Henley-blocked to two pairs of tails, one of which probably goes to the Wylex SF far left. Therefore the disconnected circuits top right appear to have red phase on E7 and yellow on 24h, so perhaps a complete storage heating system has been decommissioned.
Yes, the meter cabinet is on an outside wall of the utility room near the consumer unit inside.
