New ipad, but which one?

Just about to upgrade my ipad and unsure which model to go for, the ipad pro seems really good but it is alot of money, would the ipad air be as good?
What have you guys got?

notebook and pencil. just upgraded from slate and chalk.

I think the issue now is the size of the ipads.. Unless doing professional graphics or video editing. Then the small ones will suffice. That said 4g is a must in my view due to the ability to complete certificates and invoices on the go.

We use IPad minis for work and way to small

Depends what your using it for, just for web browsing and mobile calendar and note taking. Personally for work id be looking at the most basic version with mobile data, if you take alot of pictures maybe the pro with the better camera and a bit more memory but then thats almost irrelevant with cloud based storage.
