Hi all

I currently work in the IT trade and I am looking for a change of direction so am looking at taking up an electrician course. The 2 main companies I have seen are TradeSkills4U and AbleSkills. Firstly does anyone have any recommendations as to which one to go with and why? Secondly what are the basic requirements in terms of modules that need to be undertaken in order to become a domestic electrical installer? I am confused as to what modules need to be done and then I believe oone must register with the NICEIC? Also I heard that there will be new regulations coming in Jan and a requirement to take NVQ level 3???? Can anyone shed any light (exscuse the pun :-)) as I am totally confused.
