yeah but how can you remember that???

It's grown back thank god. Sick of making small children cry in the supermarket (it happened twice!!!)

that'd be a bonus then. ( i know, i'm evil ).

I'll just tag onto this thread. I've been lurking around on this part of the forum for a while now.

If anyone has questions regarding anything to do with:

Industrial, Generators, Heavy distribution, mcc's, bus bar design, plc's (Bradley and Siemens) Vsd's both MV and LV, HV distribution/switching, SCADA, HMI's, automation, etc... I'm more than willing to help.

I know the theory to do with a domestic install, and can help with that. However I do tend to avoid it as my 'hands on' experience with a domestic install can be counted on my fingers an toes.

I've had apprentices every year for the last 8 (excluding this year) So am clued up with current qualifications. I've even sat them myself, to better educate my apprentices.

Hi Guys and Gals
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a new Mentor in the Trainee's Forum, some of you may have seen me on the main Forum, I'm almost retired now, with what I think wealth of experience, having worked in the Domestic, Commercial and Industrial areas, I have worked abroad most of the last 30 years on and off, working as a Foreman of Trades, Technical works Supervisor all within the Government environment, I hope I can pass on any help you may need (if i can) I did all my training back in the 60s, and before anyone asks that's the 1960s, not the 1860s as some bright spark mentioned on the main forum once. Nice to feel appreciated and good luck in your chosen career.

Welcome to the trainee forum Pete. I suggest you turn your hearing aid down a couple of notches so the raucous youngsters and loud music don't get too annoying :)

About Time Pete and Rob, both of you will be great in here.
It must be nice to be as old as you and Tel and be able to pass chit chat during the working day
And also Now you are on board with Tel and Richard it will be like the movie cocoon:sifone:
