hi richard.how can you do 100 items in 4 hours?do you have any special tester?give me more information please.
 
As i Said earlier. a lot of my contracts are repeat, so most of the paperwork is all ready completed (item no. serial no. etc) so i just need to enter the test results. a lot of my work is testing offices.. so each office/ workspace has a pc, monitor and printer so total 6 items without leaving the desk.
other items are extension leads, i use a kewtech kt71 machine so it has built in tests and automatic results.... makes it a lot quicker then having to check the regs book.
only time it fails me is with longer then normal extensions when i have to calculate if the resistance is acceptable.

Most jobs i do, all items pass but then there are some where items fail, then if it is a plug or faulty cable, i replace (for a fee) or the customer can have it fixed themselfs, i then offer a free retest within 7 days. which keeps customer loyalty.
