Do you need to do a schedule of circuits sticker?
Do you need to do a schedule of circuits sticker?
Nope. I have seen them but never ever used one. What goes on there is exactly what goes on your schedule of test results cert.
99& of the time, after all the other stickers theres no room for schedule of test results stickers anyway.
If you invest in certificate software like PIR form, you can print them out. I do this and pass a laminated copy to my clients.
Do you need to do a schedule of circuits sticker?
yes...as with any new install you do...he will want to see a dis-board schedule....
make sure any required labeling is in place at the board wont you....this includes the `test quarterly` sticker...an earth sticker (if using external MET) and a `colours to 2 versions` sticker if needed...be sure to label up correctly circuits fed...at each MCB...
make sure tails are properly identified....
I type the circuit designation out in more detail and print them out and laminate on letter head. The customer can see exactly what circuit does what rather than just writing sockets in a small box on the CU!
I don't bother with all circuit details on there as this means nothing to the customer
I have never seen any one use these circuit details stickers! I bet he won't even mention not having one
For domestic - correct circuit identification (avoid just writing 'sockets' or 'lights') Type of fault protection in rating and type, type of wiring....The important thing is to show you know what you are doing and can follow what is expected from BS
Right, i may have been a little hasty - obviouslly you need a schedule of test results, for yourself and the client.
However, the schedule of test results sticker that goes onto the DB/CU is not necessary providing the client has a copy of the cert.
For your first visit he may - if he doesn't he will note it down and then look for it next time..I personally strive for 100% compliant and build a good reputation with my inspector.
Don't show him the socket where you removed the green and yellow cable.
He'll only ask why you didn't keep it to back up the brown cable.

This sounds very similar to me. My level 3 NVQ is in engineering maintenance and I also have a HNC in Operations Engineering. I’ve been working...
Yea that makes sense. Even tho I’m not registered with niceic yet as still need to do the extra training. I’m still signing the qs part?
