I'm currently rocking a new bag for all my testing kit. £13 from Homebase in the sale :D

All my Veto lust disappears when a bargain pops up.

Spoilt for choice, thanks for all the options guys. Just not sure which to go for now.

The Veto looks good, but as already said, I don’t want to spend that much and get it and not like it..

Funnily enough, I've just received a Stanley Fatmax Cantilever toolbox from these people for £31 + P&P:

My first impressions are very favourable in that it seems far stronger than my old BT ones and easier to access the tools in the bottom tray as the sliding trays above open further.

Not sure if it would be big enough as a main tool box for an Electrician but would be good for doing servicing or as a "grab and go" box for call outs ect.

I would recommend the Veto Pro Pac MC. At just under £111.00, they're not cheap but the quality is excellent. Well worth the outlay as this is a very sturdy bag indeed!

I’ve been using a Snicker tool tote for the past 4 years. It’s looking a bit rough now but is still going strong. I balked at the price tag (£130 then) but it’s proved it’s worth time and again. My previous CK Magma tote (the one with the lid and removable handle) was the second that had lasted less than 12 months. At about £40 a time I think I’m winning. http://mammothworkwear.com/snickers-9822-flexi-tool-bag-30-l-w1280h1024q90i5879.jpg

My Veto Pro Pac is a few years old now, at least 4. It's yet to drop a stitch and if it wasn't for the dust it's pretty much as good as new. They are far from cheap, and there are loads of options - open tote is not my thing, I have the Pro Pac XL. Carries all my hand tools + an impact drive + a combi drill
