Had a salesman from Newey and Eyre actually come round my house today to try and get me to open an account. Told him there is nothing I would less rather do. Anyone else had any of these guys round?
Keep getting Medlock reps turn up at work...Had a salesman from Newey and Eyre actually come round my house today to try and get me to open an account. Told him there is nothing I would less rather do. Anyone else had any of these guys round?
I work for Newey & Eyre and was very interested in this debate for obvious reasons! It’s concerning to hear that some of you have experienced poor service in your dealings with us – I would hope that these were the exception rather than the rule. I know that we don’t always get it right 100% of the time but we are always working to improve our service and consistency to provide a better experience. We try to find and invest in the best staff to deliver this, and are always disappointed to hear when we get it wrong, or frustrate any of our customers. If there is anything that I can do to resolve these frustrations please feel free to message me or email [email protected]. I'm sure that our local branch managers would be keen to discuss their local service with you and tailor it to suit your requirements.
… it’s frustrating to me when customers don’t get the basic service that they need to run their business because we do work hard to make sure that we have the right stock available, and employ knowledgeable staff who can get things sorted if there is a problem, whatever that takes. Naturally I’d like to think that we offer the same local, friendly service as an independent wholesaler, with a bit more clout to access wider stock and support projects etc.[/
