Not very familiar with storage heaters

Newlec storage heater NLSH150 in clients property installed 2 years ago has gone belly up. Clients words are it got really hot so they switched it off and it wouldn't heat back up the day after. My obvious thought was a thermal cut out but I've had a look inside and there doesn't seem to be any sort of cut out inside the unit That I can see.

Other heaters work fine, E7 supply. Switching devices all OK. Elements are OK.

Is anyone familiar with these that can give some advice. I've tried looking online but there's little to no information on the new heaters and the brand doesn't seem to have a support line. Or if there's a cutout of some sort I've missed or isn't resetable but I find that hard to believe with today's tech

Hopefully it hasn't just died in 2 years of service

Appreciate any guidance, cheers
