Having watched that, I can deduce the following.
He's not from Yorkshire.
Based on his accent, those stupid nails and he has verbal diarrhoea.
He wouldn't be allowed past junction 29 of the M1

One thing's for certain, he ain't ever done a hard days graft with nails like that. It's just not possible. I only have to look at a metal back box or the inside of a CU and mine start splitting and breaking!

And to be honest, I wouldn't want them that long. Makes my knees go funny just thinking about the possibilities of catching them and ripping them. Ewww... OUCH!
