NICEIC PV MCS Next Week! Help!!

cheers for that Mark.. I assume that goin down the NICEIC route and becoming an accreded member; it's then possible to be member of the MCS subject to further qulification e.g part p, but what happens then if u havn't done an NVQ as explained above

I've done L3 2330 , and planing to do the Part P and 17th ed, and with subsequent accedition from NICEIC want to go onto PV as soon as; have I still got a gap here :) cheers

the place where I did my course 2372 they insisted on 2391,the NVQ they wernt worried about

The MCS is 90% paperwork and 10% installation.

we had our inspection through Elecsa, but the guy who came is just from the ECA, the paperwork is the killer our office assesment was from 8:10am to 13:30, the onsite assesment was about an hour, and most of that was going over any minor non-conformancies in the paperwork, it was only because we offered to get access to the scaffold that he even went up there to look at the panels, he wasnt really bothered, think he was happy enough to get talked through it

Similar to the above, we have our assessment next week too. Do I just need to fill in the paperwork (and do the relevant tests) for a new 16A radial? Also, what about the DC side of things? I've read that I don't need to do any tests there, but is that the case? Obviously that would be great if so!! Thanks in advance everyone.
