No circuit identification and EICR

I asked the question before I had even started the testing. I have since done the testing and confirmed every circuit and carried out the correct testing.
I asked in preemption that the customer would moan about having to take longer to identify circuits and therefore the costs to be slightly higher as a result. I do not tend to use the further investigation box unless I have breaks in CPC or dubious readings. I have compiled a remedial list and only applied a c3 to the labelling.

Forgive the C2 coding, I was told that a non labelled board didn't conform and in an emergency situation could be potentially dangerous.

Having "done the leg work", you now know what the circuits are. What's wrong with getting a pen (or a label printer) and marking up the board while you're there- would take only about 10 seconds per circuit? Or are they going to pay you to visit and perform this task at a later date?

Seconds.

It's the ones where you turn off the breaker and nothing goes off. The last EICR I did had one 30A circuit which ended up as a coil of cable in the corner of the loft and another 30A circuit which, I suspect is an old cooker circuit but no visible access to the load end.

It's still a relief that you've solved the mystery though!

Just label board up as loose end in attic and leave connected yeah.

You'd code the lack of circuit charts and labeling as a C3 and if you feel the circuit you can't identify could be an issue re safety you attribute a F/I code and deem the installation Unsatisfactory otherwise it's a C3 a note attached to your cert explaining the unidentified circuit and end of.

If I was unable to identify a circuit, then I would for safety reasons disconnect it.
I could not leave it connected and still state that the installation is satisfactory.
